HOUSE RULES

Dear guest, we warmly welcome you to our vacation apartment and hope you have a relaxing holiday here. Our experience has shown that certain rules regarding the handling of the inventory and the behavior of our guests are useful to make your stay with us as carefree as possible and to avoid any misunderstandings in advance.

1. INVENTORY AND DAMAGES

Please handle our inventory with care and only place used dishes in the cabinets when clean and dry. Damages to furniture and furnishings do occur and are often easy to repair. Please inform us immediately about any damages. In general, tenants and accompanying guests are liable for these damages and responsible for providing appropriate replacement or reimbursement. For minor damages such as broken dishes, this is usually not necessary.

2. NOISE AND QUIET HOURS

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the noise level in the vacation apartment, especially with regard to music or TV, at a reasonable volume. The general quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

3. VISITORS

Your visitors are welcome in our vacation apartment for short periods of time. However, it is not allowed to let unregistered guests stay overnight in the vacation apartment. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the vacation apartment accordingly and adjust the booking.

4. SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vacation apartment. Please only smoke in the designated outdoor area of our vacation apartment.

5. PETS

Pets are welcome in our vacation apartment but need to be mentioned during the booking and may incur additional fees. Please be responsible for any damages or contamination caused by your pet or inform us about them.

6. SAFETY AND VALUABLES

Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the vacation apartment and remember to turn off electronic devices. We are not liable for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7. GARBAGE SEPARATION

Please separate your household waste using the provided containers in the apartment and dispose of it in the garbage containers located in front of the house.

8. CLEANING

The thorough cleaning of the vacation apartment will be carried out as agreed upon after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we kindly ask you to wash and dry the dishes, dispose of the garbage, pre-clean any major dirt, and leave the apartment broom-clean upon departure.

9. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

The vacation apartment can be occupied on your arrival day from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. The keys should be deposited in the designated safe after check-out. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days to the bank account or PayPal account from which the payment was made, provided that there are no complaints about the accommodation.

10. KEYS

We will provide you with one house key and one apartment key, and we kindly ask you to handle them with care. The keys will be located in a safe upon arrival, and you will receive the access code in due time. In case of losing a key, please inform us immediately.

11. ENVIRONMENT

We care about the environment and hope you do too. Therefore, please remember to turn off lights and all electronic devices when not in use. Water conservation also helps nature. Thank you.
